The announcement of new gas prices for existing industries will be made on Sunday.
The new rates will be officially announced in the afternoon.
According to BERC data, industrial consumers currently pay Tk 30 per cubic metre of gas. Industries that are already operating will continue to receive gas at this rate.
However, the bill may range from Tk 40 to Tk 45 per cubic metre for new connections.
